All the key components of this series of transmitters, including sensors, amplifiers, torque transmission components, case components, and heat dissipation components, are original products provided by FOXBORO. The entire machine is manufactured according to the original standards upon leaving the factory. The buoyancy of the float is transmitted to the working rod of the sensor through the float rod and torque tube, and then acts on the free end of the sensor element. Four thin-film metal strain measurement elements are sprayed onto the sensor element, and their resistance changes with tension or pressure. These four thin-film metal strain measurement elements are connected to form a Wheatstone bridge powered by the amplifier, and the diagonal bridge voltage proportional to the effective weight is fed back as an input signal to the electronic amplifier. Through the electronic amplifier, this voltage is converted into a 4-20mA two-wire output signal.
