Summary
The UQD series intelligent float level transmitters are widely used for measuring and controlling liquid levels in viscous, dirty, flammable, explosive, corrosive, and other types of media. The transmitter consists of two main components: a measuring sensor mechanism and a transmitter unit. The measuring sensor features a spherical float, while the transmitter employs a torque balancing mechanism with a balance rod and counterweight, allowing the float to move freely with liquid level changes. When the liquid level shifts, the float's position changes, driving the main shaft to rotate. The shaft connects to the transmitter's angular displacement sensor, which converts the float's movement into electrical signals. An intelligent processor automatically switches direction and outputs 4-20mA signals via the HART protocol. This product is extensively used in industrial processes such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, and light industries for level measurement and control.
