II. Equipment Overview crystal orienation instrument :
This type of instrument is dedicated to the boule ingot orientation of the special equipment. It is a special instrument for the orientation of sapphire boule crystals. The boule crystal of sapphire must be machined into a crystal rod of any crystal, and the crystal Stick can be drilled by the machine tool, the precise orientation of the blank crystals along the required grain direction of the customer, and then the ingot will be drilled into the machine tool.

1. Conditions of Use crystal orienation instrument

(3) The relative humidity shall not be greater than 75% (if above this temperature must take corresponding measure);
(4) Power supply: single-phase ac 220V, 50Hz, power supply voltage fluctuation is not less than ±10%;
(5) Power supply should be equipped with three core sockets, wiring should be in line with national standards, that is, three-core left 0, right fire, on the foot for the ground.
(6) A good grounding device, grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 Ω.

3. Use process
In order to drill the crystal rods of C (or A, M, R) from the Sapphire ingot, the blank ingot must be precisely directed along this direction.
